John Day, a Royal Citizen Co-op Bank manager, loses his daughter Pearl in a conspired forest fire. He fiercely avenges the anti-socials responsible while his voracious mission places him at the forefront of decoding a massive mafia-led land scandal.

Royal Citizen Co-operative Bank manager John Day (Naseeruddin Shah) and his wife Maria Day (Shernaz Patel) lose their beloved daughter Pearl (Arika Silaichia) in a forest fire catastrophe when her trip with her boyfriend goes awry. Maria suffers from an emotional breakdown and a subsequent attack by imposters sends her in coma. Police Officer Gautam (Randeep Hooda) meanwhile attempts to acquire legal papers of a property named "CASABLANCA ESTATES" (500 acres of forest land), with the help of Tabassum (Elena Kazan), his girlfriend, only to satisfy the insurance interests of the mafia. Furious and suspicious John stalks Tabassum, corrupts the office personnel to secure the Casablanca files and scrutinize it. He learns that it is the mafia led fire in the estate that actually led to his daughters’ death and his wife’s pitiable condition. John’s vengeance retaliates on the spies, Tabassum and Gautam, bringing an end to all evils. "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?” These epic lines culminate the sorrows of John while he weeps at the graves of his beloveds.
