The story continues from the first film and this time, Chulbul has to deal with Bachcha, a corrupt politician out and about to eliminate the threat Chulbul poses to his devious schemes.
Chulbul Pandey (Salman Khan) is now in the middle of marital and domestic bliss with Rajjo (Sonakshi Sinha) and has now risen in the ranks to lead the Kanpur police station. With a baby on the way, his brother Makkhi (Arbaaz Khan) and stepfather, the Pandey family has everything set right for them for now. But trouble soon knocks when the prosecution of a murder case is stopped short when the accused murders a prime witness in the case. Chulbul decides to handle the case and ends up killing the criminal. Chulbul is now pitted against Bachcha (Prakash Raj), the don for whom the henchman worked. While parading as an upcoming politician, Bachcha has his fingers in all sorts of illegal pies. Bachcha’s brother Genda manages to convince Bachcha to have Chulbul eliminated so that all there schemes go to plan without a hitch. While publicly molesting a woman, Chulbul confronts Genda resulting in Genda’s death. Bachcha seeks revenge and plans to kill Rajjo. In this altercation, Makkhi is shot and Rajjo suffers a miscarriage. Enraged and driven by grief, Chulbul storms into Bachcha’s den and a heroic fight ensues between him and Bachcha’s men. Chulbul shoots Bachcha in the chest twice and ends his tyranny. The climax shows Chulbul and Rajjo welcoming a baby boy and smiling as they click a family portrait.
