The illegal drugs scene of Goa is a labyrinth of people, places and money. ACP Vishnu Kamath is given the herculean task of cleaning up the dark alleyways of Goa. Does he succeed or does he get lost?



After cleaning up his act, ACP Vishnu Kamath (Abhishek Bachchan) is now ordered to clean up Goa of its drug lords and narcotic peddlers. Zoey (Bipasha Basu) is at the forefront of this notorious business. She convinces dealers around Goa to bequeath the drugs to an entity called Michael Barbosa to prevent them from falling into the hands of Kamath. Lorry (Prateik Babbar) is a nouveau drug smuggler. Although he had successfully completed a few assignments before, Kamath corners him and he is arrested into juvenile jail. Joki (Rana Dagubati), who used to be Zoey’s lover, bails him out. Zoey had ambitions to be an air hostess but got sucked into the drug business and had to sleep with Lorsa Biscuita aka Biscuit (Aditya Pancholi) to get international jobs. Zoey ensures an MMS of Biscuit announcing a rave in Karnataka reaches Kamath. Michael Barbosa is apparently the supplier. Kamath reaches the rave with a subordinate Rane.He however turns out to be a loyal in Biscuit’s gang. Kamath is killed by Rane. It is now revealed that Michael Barbosa is not a person, but in fact a grave used to store drugs. After learning of Zoey’s involvement with Joki, Biscuit kills her. Joki, who knows about Kamath’s death, formulates a plan where in the electric furnace that is supposed to destroy Kamath’s body is replaced with Biscuit’s entire drug supply. Watching his life’s work disintegrate into ashes, Biscuit breaks down andis killed by in his moment of vulnerability. The film ends with Joki riding his bike and thinking about Zoey and Kamath.
