An irresponsible man Veer and his friend Prem try to rent their bungalow, which is owned by Veer’s brother, to pay off their debts.

Veer Kapoor (Fardeen Khan) is a struggling artist who lives off the money sent by his millionaire brother Dharam Kapoor (Sanjay Dutt). Veer lives with his friend Prem (Ajay Devgn) and their girlfriends in Dharam’s big bungalow in Goa. Veer had initially lied to Dharam about his marriage to his girlfriend Vidya (Mugdha Godse), for procuring access to the bungalow. When Prem requests Veer to procure some money so that they can participate in a car race, Veer takes a hefty loan from a dumb loan shark Tobu (Johnny Lever) with a deal of giving him double the amount. Tobu, admiring Prem’s driving skills, gambles on his car in the tournament. But Prem fails to qualify for the finals as Tobu ends up losing his bet money as well as the loan that he had given to them. In an attempt to pay Tobu, Veer rents the bungalow to RGV (Sanjai Mishra), a local man who just won a big lottery. Now living in their own bungalow as tenants under the command of RGV, things go out of hand for Veer and Prem when Dharam plans to visit them after his flight to Lushoto gets stranded in Goa airport.
